Malacañang is set to hold another “Konsyerto sa Palasyo” to honor Filipino healthcare workers.
In a statement, the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) said “The Konsyerto sa Palasyo: Para sa Ating mga Healthcare Workers” will be held on Sunday starting at 6:30 p.m.
It will be broadcast live on the Facebook pages of Radio Television Malacañang and Konsyerto sa Palasyo.
The fourth installment of the concert will feature the Ayta Brothers, representing the Ayta Magantsi tribe of Pampanga province.
The singing duo, according to the PCO, “uses their voice to be an inspiration not only for their tribe but also for other members of indigenous tribes in the Philippines.”
Ayta brothers Arjohn Gilbert and Jayson Narciso are also pursuing their education to inspire others and to prove that indigenous peoples can be achievers and contribute to society, the PCO said.
Also performing are Filipino music icon Martin Nievera, musician and content creator Justin Taller, theater artist Lara Maigue, Leyte Normal University student Christel Galacan who was discovered during the PCO CommUnity Campus Caravan, pole dancer/athlete Kristel de Catalina and other up-and-coming local artists.
Malacañang previously held “Konsyerto sa Palasyo” for soldiers (April 2023), athletes (August 2023) and teachers (October 2023).
The Palace said the event aims to highlight the “new faces of performing artists across the country.” (PNA)
